Forge starts with the member. Build an audience from role, local, trade, apprentice year, or your own custom fields. The same rules decide who receives a message, who is assigned a course, and who is invited to an event.
- Communications. Canvassing turnout, contract updates for a particular job site, dues notices, and strike calls reach only the members they apply to.
- Training. Training reminders for one apprentice year. Courses scoped by trade and apprentice year, with reminders before training comes due.

No. Engage, Learn, and Events each work on their own. Start with the one you need most and add the others when you are ready. Bundling two or more saves money.

How is Forge different from a generic LMS or HR platform?+
Most platforms were designed for corporate HR departments or college classrooms. Forge was designed around the labor model. Journeymen, apprentices, district councils, and trade classifications are native, and the international, district council, local, and JATC structure is built in.
