IUOE is a progressive and diverse trade union representing primarily heavy equipment operators, mechanics, surveyors, crane operators and stationary engineers.
Challenge:
Finding an effective way to enroll, schedule, book travel, track, notify and manage its over 400,000 members / workers looking to attend classes / session at their largest training and education center ITEC in Crosby, Texas.
Solution:
Partnered with Mosaic Learning to not only custom build a software solution but help the IUOE create the business logic in handling the requests from its 123 local affiliates in the USA and Canada. After 5 strong years, the ITRS platform is growing and evolving with the membership and market demands.
